Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://vipertechcr.com (the "Site"), operated by ViperTech ("ViperTech", "we" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this website

This Site is the corporate website of ViperTech, a web design and development agency. It provides information about our services, our project portfolio, blog articles, contact details, and the option to request a quote or book a meeting through third-party platforms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes related to learning about ViperTech, reviewing our services and projects, reading the blog, contacting us or requesting a quote.

You agree not to:

• Extract data from the Site by automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar tools) without our prior written consent
• Interfere with, disrupt or overload the Site's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to connected systems
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Site without our express written permission

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to the Site if we consider, at our discretion, that you have breached these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, project screenshots and brand elements — is the property of ViperTech or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

The screenshots of the projects published in the portfolio are shown to illustrate work carried out. The trademarks, logos and content of each project belong to their respective owners.

Contracting services

The information published on the Site does not constitute a binding offer. Every project is quoted individually according to its scope, and the agreement is formalised in writing between the parties before work begins.

Payment methods

We accept domestic bank transfers in Costa Rica, SINPE Móvil, Western Union, PayPal, Payoneer, or hiring us directly through Workana.

Payment schedule

Payment is 50% up front and 50% on completion of the project.

Delivery timelines

The timeline depends on the complexity of each project, on client feedback and on the number of rounds of changes. To establish a delivery date, the specific scope of the project has to be assessed.

Post-delivery support

We provide support for 14 days after delivery, covering small adjustments, changes to text, images and colours, and technical errors.

Still to be defined by ViperTech: policy on revisions included per plan, cancellation and refund conditions, and assignment of rights over the delivered material.

Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party sites and platforms, including our clients' websites, WhatsApp, Calendly, Workana and ViperTech's social media, as well as analytics and advertising tools. These third parties operate independently and we neither control nor endorse their content, policies or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ViperTech and its partners, employees and collaborators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ViperTech, its partners, employees and collaborators against any claim, liability, damage, loss and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or from your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
